Hard to tell what was changed based on that blurb. It's also hard to tell what the magnitude of the claim is. Essentially, though, it seems that the heart of the claim is that there is an interaction effect between the wheel and the fork - and this is a consistent claim of theirs over the years (it was that claim that, in part, drove an afternoons worth of testing at texas a&m 6 years ago)

Kind of related to the topic of "interaction" is this blog entry:

y'know, it could be that the claim is as little as 10-15 grams of axial force at 30mph - and depending on where that data was acquired, this magnitude could be less than the repeatability of the tunnel:

There was a big discussion on this a while ago spawned by this article:

At the time of the article, Oval had the blades in the wrong direction. Good for them for getting things turned around.

Yes I recall seeing some stuff on other forums where Dr. Drela was not pleased with his name being associated with the original A900 fork because of the error that Oval Concepts had made in placement...

I wish there was some stuff out there that confirmed/disconfirmed the A911 claims... at this point I've grown cynical because if a company fabricates a product and makes a claim without providing data (as easy as it is to obtain) then it probably isn't so or it probably isn't as much as they say...
