Some Runnin'
I wonder how big a "mark" this half mary @8:30 ish pace will leave...
Yeah, i've been doin' some runnin' lately in order to mix it up a bit.
Guess I'll find out tomorrow just how much damage I did with this one!
;-)
ps- I've taken off the blog comment moderation, as it seems like my "stalker", the infamous Andrew Coggan, PhD has taken a hiatus! LOL! ;-)
that being said, let's hear your tips for me about carrying fluids/fuel on long runs like this one. I've been using a Nathan hip-style pack that my sis in law got for me many moons ago with pretty good success. But, I'm always open to new thoughts/input - so give me some knowledge nuggets on how you carry fuel/fluids on long-ish runs!

Hey Kraig! I'm with you on the running program. Something different and probably good to work some other muscles.
I haven't figured out the water carrying yet, but my running wife uses this: http://www.runningunlimited.com/asp/product.asp?pid=593 (sorry for the bad link form). It has a pocket for a gu or two also.
Use The Stick on your calves, soleus, and IT band!!!
Hi Marco!
Thanks for the tip on the hand-style water/fuel carrier.
I wonder if that style causes any problems for those of us that have puny "t-rex" style bike racer arms!? :-)
I reckon I'll give it a go and see what happens -> I can definitely notice when the hip pack bottle is full/empty!
Oooh, the stick - is that the official name of that style of self-torture device!? ;-)
